Chapter 2

You sunk to the bottom of the pool, it was at deeper end so you went pretty far down. The sun didnt exactly reach as far down as you would have liked so it was a bit dark. You lay, now at the bottom, with your arms floating up above you. You see and hear the splash of water and see a form diving down towards you, thats when you blacked out.

Your eyes start to flutter open as you feel a something pushing on your chest. All you can see is blue. Crystal blue eyes resembling clear blue water. Those eyes were perfect, then you realized who they belong to. Your eyes opened fully. "Hes ok!" You heard Nagisa shout. "Shhh! Settle down." Makoto quieted him. You couldn't take your (e/c) eyes off of his beautiful blue ones. "Is he ok?" Gou asked confused and worried. "He'll be fine." Soothed another lady's voice. Haru kneeled beside you, his hands still lay on your chest from when he was expelling the water from your lungs. He stared down at you. "Are you alright?" He nodded shakily. You sat up, but instantly regretted it when a piercing pain shot through your head! Your hand flew to the top of your head, applying pressure to try and stop the pain. You laid back down holding your head, tears pricking your eyes. Haru stared at you. His eyes flashed an emotion that you were just able to pick up. It was sympathy. His hand reached down to stroke your head gently. You squeezed your eyes shut, expecting another shock of pain to over take your head again. But that did not come. Only soothing warmth from blue eyed boys hand. Suddenly growing self conscious of the eyes that were on the both of you, you hid your face as you blushed. You heard a stifled awww from Gou. You were guessing she was one of "those girls."  Slowly you sat up. "I'll get some ice!" Nagisa shouted and ran off. "(Y/n) what happened? You were doing so good, and then next thing we know your running into the wall." Makoto asked. You sighed. "S-sorry, i get carried away s-sometimes." You hung your head. "I'm not quite used to this pool yet, and i didnt know when to stop." Haru got up and held out his hand. "Its ok." His face had no expression on it but his eyes gleamed with sympathy. You took his hand as he pulled you up. Nagisa had returned by now and handed you the ice pack. You gratefully put it on the bump that has no appeared on top of your head. "Thank you." Nagisa smiled. Then he let out a loud gasp. "What!" Everyone asked. He shouted. "Wheres Rei!"

"Whos Rei?" You asked. Makoto answered. "Rei Ryugazaki is another member of our swim team." Then with a small laugh. "And hes Nasagi's boyfriend." Nasagi flipped at the information just given. "Hey! Why'd you have to go and tell him! I wanted to!" He pouted, but the pout didn't last as a tall blue haired male with dark blue eyes and glasses walked through the entrance of the pool. "Rei!" Nagisa yelled and ran towards him. There was a small bounce in his step. When he reached Rei he jumped and flung his arms around him. "Woah! Nagisa, jeez calm down!" There was no harshness in his voice, he smiled as he picked up the strawberry blond and hugged him tightly. "Look! We have a new member!" Nagisa pointed to you, and you waved slightly. "His name is (y/n)!" Rei glanced at you and bowed. "Nice to meet you." You bowed as well. Everyone started to get back to what they were doing. Haru, Makoto, and Kori launched them selves into the pool. Nagisa and Rei sat with each other beside the pool. The woman administrator had left along with Gou and the Couch early so it was just the swimmers now. You sat on the other side of the pool, dangling your feet in the water and watching as it rippled. Makoto and Haru swam over to you, but Kori hung back by himself. "Come in the water (y/n)." Makoto smiled. "Yeah." Haru agreed. You shook your head. "No. I dont want to." Makoto shrugged and swam over towards Kori but Haru stared at you, his mouth and nose under water. Then he went back to swimming. A few moments passed and you started to doze off, the late afternoon sky turning a blazing orange above you. However, you stared at the blue water below you. You were day dreaming about random things.  A swift movement to the right caught your eye, and just as you looked up Haru pushed you into the water. Then jumped in beside you. When you broke the surface you were steaming. "What the hell was that for!" Haru's expression said nothing. "I wanted you in the water." You splashed him. "Well? I'm here, now what?" He shrugged and dove under water. You followed. He sat at the bottom. The sunlight flashed through the surface making watery patterns that swayed on the floor. You sunk down towards him. He smiled. Your eyes went wide. He hasn't smiled at all since you've met him. He swam over to you, his blue eyes reflected off the water making them glow. It was so pretty that you hadn't realized the lips against yours. Or the touch on your leg and cheek. Your eyes widen even more. Bubbles explode from your mouth and nose breaking the kiss. You swim up to the surface and gasp for air, holding on to the wall. You breathed heavily. Haru emerged beside you. "Is something wrong (y/n)?" He asked like nothing even happened. You looked at him blushing. "N-no." He smiled. "Good." Then grabbed you by the waist and pulled you in for another kiss. "Awww!!!" You were guessing that was Nagisa. "(Y/n) and Haru! Together on the first day! How cute!" Haru pulled away as you blushed, you had only just met Haru and now you were kissing him. You listened as Makoto, Rei, and Nagisa giggled and teased. You could tell you were going to enjoy being apart of the swim club.
